A relaxing and quaint hotel, my first choice in Glenbarr. Clean venue and extremely helpful employees. Handy central location, near to local ferry as well as a really nice store. Local food options. A kind of terrific service.

A Cozy Retreat with Great Community Vibe
I spent one night and found the room delightfully spacious and peaceful, the comfortable bed was a real highlight! The shared living space was a bonus, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast in the adjoining café was fantastic, with a wide selection of both continental and cooked options, including fresh pastries and hot rolls. My only concern was that the shower had a mind of its own, fluctuating wildly between hot and cold. I had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

The 'continental' breakfast was such a letdown, starting at 9 am, ridiculous! Honestly, I expected a warm welcome gift for my stay but got nothing instead. The shower was less than perfect with low pressure, it's like they didn't bother to check anything. I almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

On a special birthday trip, I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for three nights and everything was just wonderful. The decor was lovely and the room was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast in the café was a hit, with a great selection of tasty options, and it was even more special when the staff surprised me with a birthday gift bag. It truly made my stay memorable.

The remote location meant limited dining options, with the cafe closing early at 4 PM, so plan accordingly. The shower was tricky to adjust and fluctuated temperature-wise, leading to some not-so-pleasant surprises. WiFi was really poor too, a bummer when I needed to check in with the Millennium Falcon crew.

Ideal for Relaxation Seekers
We had the biggest room and it was clear it was newly renovated. The shower was warm with copious hot water and the hand wash smoothed my stress away like it was my last batch.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but totally worth it for the comfort and experience.
